Enrolment

Douglas Park School has an enrolment scheme (a school zone) to help manage numbers of students. The school opens up places twice a year to out of zone enrolments. Please contact the office for more information.

All students who live within the home zone described below, and shown on the attached map shall be entitled to enrol at Douglas Park School.

The scheme runs along Chapel Street from Villa Street to Cornwall Street. Addresses 2 – 164 even Chapel Street are in zone. Address 17 – 165 odd and 14 – 164 even Renall Street are in zone.

The scheme runs along Cornwall Street, all addresses on Cornwall Street are in zone. 1 – 113 odd and 8 – 114 even Pownall Street Are in zone. Mabson Terrace, Alton Grove and Kokiri Place are in zone.

The scheme then intersects with Ngaumutawa Road. Addresses 1 – 183 odd and 72 – 142 even Ngaumutawa Road are in zone. The scheme then runs to Chamberlain Road and onto Upper Plain Road. Addresses 5 – 67 odd and 4 – 22 even Chamberlain road are in zone. Addresses 1 – 141 odd and 2 – 144 even Upper Plain Road are in zone.

The scheme then runs along Kibblewhite Road, all addresses are in zone. Addresses on Greenland Road are NOT in zone. Francis Lane is in zone. The scheme continues till Akura Road.

The scheme then runs along Akura Road. All addresses on Akura Road are in zone. The scheme then runs along the Waipoua River to Chapel Street.
