A very underrated vegetable!! So easy to grow.... I love how it is in the garden outside room 2! Shall I bring some free range eggs and a couple of other bits and pieces and we could make lunch!!?

Sounds like a good idea Sally. We might need an Enviro kitchen soon.

An Enviro kitchen would be awesome - how could we get funding for something like that ? A great vision to have.
